We offer full CAD (computer aided design) cutting. Our two head, three axis, computer controlled router can cut parts up to five by ten feet. The actual coverage of the "Z" router head is: 125.750" (X) by 62.375" (Y) by 6.0" (vertical).
We manufacture signs, machine components, displays, architectural details, tooling patterns and more.
We cut MDF, poly carbonate, acrylic, sign foam, Gator foam, and Sintra.
Our equipment is particularly well suited for programming and cutting complex shapes. We can duplicate almost any part you're currently making by conventional shop methods, however, our process will save you time and money!
For further ease, we can import your items data from CAD files in DXF or DWG format or CNC program files for any G code format machine.
